Course Descriptions The Knowledge of Change (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced) Participants learn and understand the dynamics of major change and how to increase productivity during change by applying change related principles to projects Culture Change for Executives This workshop incorporates an assessment and action planning for executives determining the ability of a senior team to consistently incorporate disciplined thinking and action into their approach to major change. The workshop outcome is intended to increase executive's abilities to be more effective sponsors and communicators of major change. Building Change Resilience (5 course offerings) Developing Personal Resilience This two-day program provides a structured approach to developing managerial and employee resilience. Participants learn the 5 resilience characteristics, and the related skills needed to build or enhance their ability to handle and be productive in the midst of organization change. Tactics of Change Implementation This course provides training in the practical use of tools, dialogue and change techniques for those people in organizations responsible for implementing change Coaching for Change Resilience Learn and practice four strategies to coach and develop people's ability to handle and thrive during major organization change. Learn also to apply tools and change techniques for effective communication and adapt to style differences in your work team Leading and Facilitating Change This course builds upon the Change Knowledge course and equips change sponsors, agents and change advocates with the tools and communicating proficiency needed to accomplish change projects on time and within budget Change Resistance: It's a Good Thing! Participants take an in-depth look at why resistance occurs when change is taking place and learn practical ways of working through and managing resistance as a natural part of the change process Team Dynamics The goal of this workshop is for “intact teams” to create an environment where the accomplishment of the business goals AND the development of productive interpersonal relationships become the focus of the team. Innovation, knowledge sharing and talent development all stem from challenging and actively developing leaders throughout your business. Participants learn how to build upon and develop the talents within their organizations in a series of assessments, discussion and exercises. Interpersonal Effectiveness (using Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator®) Use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator to build understanding and skill around interpersonal effectiveness and communication. The Myers Briggs Type indicator is a practical interpersonal tool. Outcome: a team building session where people get to learn about themselves while gaining a better understand of their role on the team.
