Eric K. Hatch, Ph.D.

Eric Hatch, Ph.D., President of Hatch Organizational Consulting, Inc., consults, writes, and trains in the fields of culture change and organizational effectiveness. He specializes in large-scale collaborative change events, as well as other forms of organizational transformation. Hi-tech clients have included Delphi Delco (advanced electronics), HP, GE, NCR, and Union Carbide. Other clients include the IRS, GAO, and the Treasurer of Ohio. Emerging organizations include Harris Moran, MTI, and a number of smaller, family owned businesses.

Eric specializes in large scale collaborative methods of change and in reducing conflict within organizations in turmoil due to merger, buyout, or expansion. He has also a strong track record as an executive coach.

Eric holds a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and a BA from Dartmouth College. He publishes widely, including these recent writings:

Rod Goelz

Rod Goelz has been an Organizational Development consultant, educator, coach, and facilitator for over 20 years in the areas of Change Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Culture Evolution and Diversity Leadership. His engagement experience includes medium and large environments in both the public and private sectors with clients such as: City of Delaware, City of Dayton, AT&T, Lucent, Reynolds & Reynolds, Toyota, and NCR.

In addition to consulting, Rod teaches with the University of Dayton's Center for Leadership and Executive Development and at the McGregor School of Business at Antioch College. He is also a guest lecturer at the graduate level for Bowling Green State University. He is an accomplished public speaker and is a published author in the field of Organization Development.
