About Producticity Mindy Morrow is the President of Producticity, LLC. Mindy primarily specializes in moving business strategy from the boardroom to the shop floor. Additionally, she helps clients to develop plans for business success and helps leaders improve profits and productivity by better managing change. Mindy has developed a unique method to assess an organization's ability to execute its business strategy and move the organization to action in achieving its business goals. She is experienced in assisting clients to align organization structure, support processes, business strategy, people needs and culture. She also facilitates team development. Mindy has consulted to monopolies as well as highly competitive organizations. She has also worked with non-profits, both domestically and internationally, where she has collaborated with clients to provide guidance in system-wide, multi-level processes of data collection, diagnosis, intervention design, action planning and implementation. Mindy has conducted and published research in areas of diversity, employee satisfaction and performance. She holds a bachelors degree in political science from Wittenberg University, a Masters degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, and carries the Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC) designation from the OD Institute. She is a member of the OD Institute, the American Society for Training & Development and the Organization Development professional network.
